Primer and cleaner for film lamination and profile wrapping

Primer and cleaner products prepare difficult substrates and remove process contamination before film wrapping, lamination or edge bonding. They are supporting process materials whose compatibility can determine whether the main adhesive performs consistently.

The exact product depends on substrate, surface contamination, adhesive chemistry, application method, flash-off time and workplace handling requirements.

The selected ingredients are metered and blended under controlled conditions, followed by filtration and filling into compatible sealed containers. Batch identification links the material to its current SDS and use instructions.

2. Controlled formulationMeter and process the selected resin or reactive components under the moisture, temperature and mixing controls required by the grade.
3. Filtration and protected fillingFilter the adhesive and fill cartridges, pails, drums or other approved packs with the required moisture and contamination protection.
4. Release and line trialReview batch tests and documents, then validate coating weight, wetting, green strength and final bond on the buyer's production line.

Adhesive performance depends on the whole system, not the product name alone. A line trial with the actual substrate and surface material is required before volume use.
