Direct answer
For cabinet doors, WPC doors and furniture panels, buyers should specify film type, finish, substrate, lamination process and edge matching together. JINYOU supports PVC decorative film, PET high gloss film, PET super matt film and anti-fingerprint PET film within a broader furniture surface materials system.
Buyer checklist
- Separate PVC decorative film, PET high gloss film, PET super matt film and anti-fingerprint PET film in the RFQ.
- State whether the process is flat lamination, profile wrapping or membrane pressing.
- Request matching edge banding and board samples in the same color family.
- Ask for application testing before bulk order when changing film, substrate or adhesive.
PVC film vs PET film
PVC film is commonly used for profile wrapping, WPC doors and decorative surfaces. PET film is often selected for cabinet doors and furniture panels that need high gloss, super matt or anti-fingerprint appearance.
The missing piece in many RFQs
Film quotations are weak when they ignore substrate and adhesive. A high gloss PET film on MDF, a PVC film on WPC profile and a 3D membrane film all need different process checks.
Quality control notes
Buyers should confirm surface defects, color consistency, protective film request, roll packing, sample approval and compatibility with the selected adhesive.
